In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered April 13 against Suez Ann Smith of Lake City on charges of interference with official acts and assault (amended from domestic abuse-assault. On the interference charge, she was fined $65 with a 22.75 surcharge. On the assault charge, Smith was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed.
A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Richard Dean Tuhn Jr of Grand Junction on a charge of harassment-third degree. Tuhn was originally charged with 100 counts of harassment-third degree and violation of a no contact order. Court costs were $135.22.
Matthew Lee Hurley of Jefferson was fined $250 on a charge of driving while license suspended and $100 on a charge of trespass. Surcharges totaled $122.50; court costs were $120.
Edward Eugene Goff of Ames was sentenced to time served on a charge of public intoxication. Sheriff’s fees were $48 and court costs were $60. A charge of interference with official acts was dismissed.
John William Haygood of Jefferson was sentenced to time served on a charge of public intoxication. Sheriff’s fees were $48 and court costs were $60. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
